Andorra has a digital nomad residence permit under its digital economy law (Llei 42/2022) for foreigners contributing to the digital economy, entrepreneurship, or innovation. You need a favorable decision from the Ministry of Economy confirming your remote work, income of at least three times the Andorran minimum wage, housing, health insurance, and a clean criminal record. Permits are capped by quota (50 for digital nomads, with overflow to a combined total of 100) and require at least 90 days per year of actual residence in Andorra. Note: the minimum wage was raised by decree on July 1, 2026, so confirm the current figure before applying.
